We partnered with the Kenyan government to establish the country's first Prosecution Training Institute. Our work included developing 15 legal training modules, creating a digital case tracking system, and training hundreds of prosecutors in counterterrorism, trial advocacy, and complex case management.

Impact: Transformed prosecutor education nationwide and improved capacity for handling complex cases.

Through the IMPACT TIP-TAN program, we've trained over 160 prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and judicial stakeholders in identifying and prosecuting trafficking cases. This work led to the identification of nearly 200 trafficking victims and multiple successful prosecutions with court-ordered victim compensation.

Impact: Strengthened the entire anti-trafficking response chain from investigation to victim support.

We've analyzed dozens of domestic war crimes verdicts and provided specialized training for Ukrainian judges and prosecutors processing over 65,000 registered war crimes cases following the 2022 escalation of conflict.

Impact: Enhanced judicial capacity to handle unprecedented caseload while maintaining international legal standards.

We're helping the government develop and implement its first comprehensive national security framework and establishing a new Office of National Security.

Impact: Building foundational governance structures for long-term stability and sovereignty.

Following the 2021 crisis, we've helped over 100 Afghan lawyers, judges, and law graduates transition into the U.S. job market. Nearly half have secured employment, with others enrolling in advanced degree programs or preparing for bar exams.
